Welcome to Moon Jelly Creations
February 2nd, 2011
Been a while since my last update! Big thanks to the last few commissions I have on the block for their patience. My webcomic has certainly eaten up more time than what I expected, so for now commissions are going to be take on a case by case basis. In general though I am trying to limit how many I take on, just because I know it will take me much longer to finish them than my previous batches.
I am still always available to email if you have any questions or inquiries though!

Under the Dead Skies is up to page 3 now if you haven't had a chance to start reading yet! Under the Dead Skies now has it's own tab on Moon Jelly Creations, and I've removed the Livestream link since most of the Livestream announcements are being done on Deviantart, and Facebook.

Hey guys, guess what! On January 4th I will be launching a zombie webcomic! If you have Tumblr you can follow the official blog http://underthedeadskies.tumblr.com/ and a webpage is forthcoming as well! Be warned, of course, where there's zombies, there's gonna be gore, so don't say I didn't warn you!!

I've added a new tab in the 'Shop'. Moon Jelly's Picks! I have had a lot of people who have asked me what tools I use, and also what inspires me, so I have decided to come an Amazon affiliate so that it's easier for my viewers and fans so see what I use to work and what I read to get my creative juices flowing.
I will change up the "Inspiration Reading" selection once in a while, but for now I am recommending Wet Moon and Shadoweyes by Ross Campbell, the 'Comics' series by Scott McCloud, The World of the Dark Crystal Artbook by Brian Froud and Yu+Me by Megan Rose Gedris!!!
The only thing NOT on the list is PaintTool SAI which is my main art program. I do highly recommend this product, it's way cheaper than Photoshop (about 50$), and the inking tool alone is worth the purchase. You can buy SAI right here!! They also have a 31 day trial if you'd like to sample it.

Commissions are currently closed! Thank you so, so much for your patronage! I look forward to convention season in 2012!

In early October I had the opportunity to be an extra in a local zombie film called "The Dead Mile" and they just announced that they are doing a fan movie trailer contest! It is international and you can read all the rules and regulations right here! All the clips are in one handy dandy spot which is right here! Along with instructions on how to download the B clips onto your computer from YouTube!
Since I know you guys are probably curious, you can see me in the clip starting at 1:15 (far right, blue hoodie, short ridiculously red hair) and my favourite, the BITE SCENE which is at 10:42 (striped shirt, short blond hair, gnawing on the poor girl holding the door open)
So yes, I would love to see what everyone can come up with and it really would be awesome if one of my fans and followers end up winning a prize! Best of luck to everyone and thank you so much for the continued support! <3

With only a couple of commissions left on the chopping block, I am currently taking more commissions! Price list is just under "commissions" and I offer a variety of different priced items, so please, have a look and see if anything strikes your fancy!

Updated my Livestream channel, and now you can watch it from my site! I will be streaming commissions and possibly even comic pages from an upcoming project! If you're a fan on my Facebook Page, I will be posting when I am live!

Added a new section for my Dr. Sketchy's drawings and expanded the gallery into my previously commissioned work as well as more personal work! Also, still waiting to see if I can get into the Otafest Lite's Artist Alley!
August 27th, 2011
If you're in the Calgary area, my belly dance troupe is going to be performing at India Fest on August 28th at 1:30pm, which is being held at Shaw Millennium Park! We will be at Calgary's Pride Parade as well this year!! Look for us if you're planning on attending!
I've had a few people ask about my belly dance troupe and if anyone would like to join us, the fall schedule is listed on the Goddess Rhythms Belly Dance site!

Finally back from Animethon! What a blast! Thank you so so much to everyone who came by my artist alley table! All of you Valve cosplayers totally made this trip for me and I'm glad I was able to make it to Edmonton! I missed Animethon in 2010, but after the amazing time I had this year, I will make it my goal to not miss it again!
I added a new section on Moon Jelly Creations for convention photos, because I took a lot more pictures than I expected to this year. Thanks again to all of you and hopefully I'll see you at my next convention (which I'm thinking will be Otafest Lite).
